Introduction

During the life cycle (birth, infancy, puberty and death), illness is a phenomenon. How are you feeling yourself at the moment? Your answer will be - not knowing or healthy, or not feeling well or ill? At this time it will be difficult for you to say whether you are healthy or ill? The patient does not know when the organ will be in the body and in what form. After the first symptom he realizes the disease and then he consults with the doctor. He also has to be admitted to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The disease is cured or naturally cured or the disease can be controlled or disabled or death can result. There are times in our life that we feel sick but do not want to be treated. Or because many diseases are not cured, we learn to live with the same condition and disease. There are many variants of the disease (s).

The question is - why does a person get sick? What are the causes of diseases? And what is the cure? We know about some of these. In allopathy, Greek, Ayurveda and homeopathy there are very different theories about the causes and treatment of the disease. In this chapter we will talk about the causes of illness only in modern medicine (allopathy). Where there are ailments, there is a way of treating them in all the different medical ways. How to stay healthy naturally? Let's read about disease and disease prevention.

Levels of Disease Causes

We can understand the causes of illness at three levels -

From the biological level, the way of living and the social level.

Biological level

The micro-organisms that we see with the help of microscopes have been classified mainly into bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites (worms) and protozoa. Not all microbes on earth cause disease. But those that cause disease in the human body have been classified into infectious bacteria. The list of microorganisms, such as bacteria, viruses, parasites (worms) and protozoa, which have caused disease in the human body, has increased significantly. For some examples we see the table below -

Classification

Name of micro-organism

Name of illness

Bacteria E. coli Diarrhea and diuretic diseases
  Salmonella typhi Typhoid
Virus H influenza Pneumonia
  Human immunodeficiency AIDS
Fungus Candida albican Diseases of the mouth, vagina, and skin White fever in women
Protozoa Amiiba Diarrhea and pus and swelling in the liver
Parasite Plasmodium vivax Malaria

Standard of living tolerance

If sexual dysfunction again speaks of gonorrhea then why is gonorrhea so prevalent in human society? This is because gonorrhea spreads by having sexual contact with more than one person. Sexual contact gives bacteria the chance to spread and survive through direct contact with one another, and gradually cause gastric spread to other humans. As a health worker you need to treat Suzak not only by giving medicine. But it will also have to try to change a person's habits.

Social level

Social, political and economic reality - poverty - nurturing lifestyle. In society, the practice or tradition of having sex with more than one woman or man is prevalent in the society. Today, it is customary to live in a house without traditional marriage in the metropolis. There are social, political and economic reasons for such behavior. Due to these factors of society and economy, the lives of some people become very different due to the rich and they spread sexually transmitted diseases. On the other hand, poverty is one of the major reasons for the forced labor of selling girls' bodies of very poor families. Unprotected intercourse with an unknown person for staying outside and changing social values and sexual gratification are the cause of the spread of gastric and other sexually transmitted diseases.
As doctors and health workers we usually deal with only the biological level of the cause of the disease. Sometimes a little effort is made about the illness at the level of behavior of the individual. At the third level, which is the wider reality of our society, it needs social and political efforts. In each case let us decide the strategy by applying this understanding regarding the level of the cause of the disease, in which case what kind of intervention is most useful. Infection diseases, occupational diseases, heart diseases, malnutrition, road accidents, cancer, maternal mortality and infant mortality, bites of sumps and many such diseases require such analysis. However, some diseases are due to the main biological cause of colds, phulwari (white skin, vitiligo) etc.

Unknown reason

We do not know what is the exact biological cause of some diseases? There are lots of theories and explanations about the causes of so many diseases? In this chapter, we have categorized common diseases based on the effects on the affected organs and mechanisms and their most important factors. This will help us better understand many diseases.
